We have had major difficulties with our telephone system today and apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Unfortunately this is a network issue and is outwith our control. We have been assured that our provider is working to resolve the issue and that the telephone system will be operational again soon. 

Repeat Prescriptions

If you have already registered for online repeat requests and received your logon details by letter or e-mail then click here for the logon screen.

If you would like to register, ask at reception for a form. Please allow 10 working days to receive your logon details by letter or e-mail. You cannot use the online services until you receive your logon details.

A re-order form is issued along with your medication. Please use this when requesting repeat prescriptions unless ordering online. Re-order forms may be left in the box at reception.

We require 2 full working days for processing, after which the medication may be collected at the Chemist.

Alternatively, repeat requests may be posted to us enclosing a SAE. In this case, please allow 10 days.

Please note that we do not take repeat prescription orders by telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
